Shapes & Sizes – We can make your sticker nearly any shape or size. We can make a contour or die cut shape for no extra charge. We can also make standard shapes such as rectangle, oval, triangle, hexagon or octagon.
Vinyl – We use a very high quality 4 mil vinyl with a gray solvent-based permanent adhesive. This is a thick vinyl that is easy to apply without worrying about air bubbles. It is rated for 5 years outdoors, which means it is waterproof and UV resistant.
Printing – Our stickers are printed on an eco-solvent printer which uses CMYK inks. This allows us to print a wide range of colors for photo quality prints, gradients, and details. Our inks are rated for 3 years outdoors.
Our stickers have mild abrasion resistance, but can rub away if placed on a cell phone case that constantly goes in and out of a pocket. Our default stickers are not laminated. This keeps the costs down which makes them great for slaps. Stay tuned for our laminated stickers which will be released later in 2020.
Our pricing is below and does not include shipping. Shipping is $5 within the US, for any quantity. If you are local, you can pick up your order at our SE Portland location.
Standard production time is 4-5 business days.
Options:
Extra Designs – $5 extra per design. Add a second (or more) design to split the quantity of your order. Max 5 total designs per 100.
Rush Processing – No charge if design allows. We can speed up the turnaround by 1 day if your sticker design has a white border around it. Full-bleed designs require an extra day of drying to ensure the ink does not cause the edges to curl when cut. Just let us know when you order that you’d like to rush it and a white border will work.
Jump the Print Queue – $40 extra. This puts you at the front of the print queue. It will bring the production time down to 3 business days.
Same-day Production – $60 extra. We only recommend this for designs with a white border, otherwise the edges could curl when cut.
Sticker Sheets – No extra charge. Artwork must be submitted as a vector file, with a separate layer indicating the desired cut lines in a contrasting color.
Large Uncut Sheets – $10-12 per linear foot, depending on design. This is a great way to get a lot of stickers for less money. You can put as many different designs as will fit on a sheet if you are willing to hand cut them. A “sheet” has a max width of 28″ and length can vary. Local pickup only.

Sizes – Our maximum width for printing is 28 inches. We recommend a maximum length of 10 feet for most accurate printing. We can print larger, and will work with you based on your design.
Paper – We use a premium quality matte photo paper. It is 8 mil thick and 190 gsm weight. Please check with us if you require different paper, such as gloss or wet-rated.
Printing – Our standard posters are printed on an eco-solvent printer which uses CMYK inks. This allows us to print a wide range of colors for photo quality prints, gradients and details. The ink is waterproof and scratch resistant. These posters are not rated for outdoor hanging and they do not use archival papers or inks.

Sizes + Backing Attachments – 1-inch buttons can have a pin back or a magnet. 2.25-inch buttons can have a pin back, magnet, mirror, or magnetic bottle opener.
Materials – Our buttons are manufactured right here in our shop in SE Portland, out of all USA-made components.
Printing – We print our buttons on bright white paper on an industrial inkjet printer. The print is protected under the button’s mylar dome, which makes them glossy and waterproof.
Our pricing is below and does not include shipping. Shipping is $5 within the US, regardless of quantity. If you are local you can pick up your order at our SE Portland location.
Standard production time is 3-4 business days.
Options:
Extra Designs – $5 extra per design. Add a second design (or more) to split the quantity of your order. Max 10 total designs per 100.
Mixed Backings – Pricing varies based on quantity. We can mix the backings within a design quantity and will charge according to the combined total quantity pricing. For example, if you want 50 1-inch buttons split evenly between pin backs and magnets, you would be charged 25 x $0.50 (unit price for 50 pins) plus 25 x $0.80 (unit price for 50 magnets).
Jump the Print Queue – $40 extra. This puts you at the front of the print queue. It will bring the production time down to 2-3 business days.
Same-day Production – $60 extra. We can only do this for limited quantities per day. Please check with us if you need your buttons the same day.
